PAYMENT & REFUND
▹ All payment are in USD and made through PAYPAL Invoice.▹ Invoice will be sent after the client approved the WIP draft/sketch.▹ Refunds are not allowed after the invoice has been paid.▹ Normal commission works are for PERSONAL use, but for COMMERCIAL use will be charge with extra 40% from the original price (Live2D model art's commercial price has been included).▹ Chargebacks without reason or due to irresponsible buying will result in being blacklisted. If you have any problems, please contact me.
PROCESS
▹ PLEASE send with a full references art on the characters and put in more details about it (exp; pose, background..)▹ You can ask for edits and changes during the sketching phase. I will send another wip to check the colors. I won't make any changes on the final piece, unless some mistakes were made.▹ There will be additional price for major edits (change of outfit, hairstyle, pose... etc.)▹ Your order will be completed in 1 - 3 months depending on the difficulty or life/mental situations, unless there's a deadline given. I will notify in case of delays.▹ Final work will be sent via google drive, please make sure to save them. There will be no physical shipping.
COPYRIGHTS / USAGE
▹ I, as the artist, reserve all rights to produced artwork▹ DO NOT use my art for AI purpose.▹ Commissions are for your personal use only, which means you can't make a profit using my artwork in any way. This doesn't apply if you have bought the commercial rights.▹ I retain the right to publish the artwork on my platform and use it in my portfolio, unless otherwise discussed.▹ By purchasing any of my services, you have automatically accepted my Terms of Service and must oblige to follow them.
